Lava after launching the Ivory S4G tablet, and A48, A59, A79 and A67 entry-level 3G smartphones has now launched a new affordable smartphone dubbed A82 with Android 5.1 Lollipop, dual-SIM slots and 3G support (no 4G LTE).
The Lava A82 features 5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card. There's 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front camera, also accompanied by LED flash. For connectivity there's 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is backed by 2000mAh battery.
The Lava A82 is priced at Rs. 5,299 and will be available at all retail stores and multi-brand outlets across the country. You can also grab the Lava A82 for a low Rs. 4,549 on Tata's new e-commerce platform, TataCliq.com. It comes in White, Blue and Gold colors.
